Miyamoto's way of saying "welcome to 3D zelda". You see something and you're thinking "wouldn't it be cool if you could..." -- and you can. The next minute, I'm stuck in a temple for a few years because I'm too scared to face the zombies in the marketplace.One of the coolest things about playing Ocarina of Time back in 1999 was when you start the game and it's in a top down view like Link to the Past, and you can only move in two dimensions (east/west, north/south)Then you step outside and the first thing you do is climb down a ladder, effectively moving in a third dimension. I got a new body, new looks, new gadgets. Although the lack of the overworld theme is a bummer, the many returning Zelda melodies (such as the glissando announcing a secret or the fanfare when finding an item) and the moody dungeon scores are only outdone by the amazing surround ambient effects. If you're a gamer looking for your next title to buy, then take it from me, this is as good as it's going to get for a looooong time. I had this problem when I played this game as a 4th grader.
