You've also got a short-duration cloaking device, gated by a cooldown, that allows you to reposition in dangerous situations without needing to stop and hide.In a sense, Titanfall 2 uses cloaking and your freedom of movement to stand in for the bullet-sponge healthbar usually granted to first person shooter protagonists. The first TF was perfect, the second one was messed up, 40$ lost for this awful game! It's too bad the campaign never comes close to the overall level of quality that some of its best ideas hint at, but the multiplayer will likely keep you happy until Respawn decides it's time for a much deserved third entry. I have always preferred this type of teamplay to pure deathmatch or the map-spanning grind of Battlefield.In Titanfall, every player matters and every system encourages teamwork. It’s rare that a sequel evolves on every part of the original concept so consistently for the better, but Titanfall 2 is that exception. Switch Prepare for one hell of a ride. I'm concerned, however, that we'll also remember it as an underground favourite rather than the hit it deserves to be.
