The fun of BFA Ele has been squeezed out and now the rotation feels disjointed.

Screenshots containing UI elements are generally declined on sight, the same goes for screenshots from the modelviewer or character selection screen. Earth Shock is very weak, even with full Fulmination stacks. Storm ele build is definatly broken, as the retail version.

The split of Maelstrom into Seismic Thunder and Fulmination irks me the most, I guess.Elemental is semigood now in BFA, but at start of shadowlands this class looks like a one of weak classes.

The problem of anti-synergistic stats feel like it's been alleviated in a weird way, with the whole kit just feeling less adhesive overall.People couldn't stop complaint about Maelstrom mecanic and saw so many messages about how happy they were that fulmination stacks are back but it's litteraly a buff to pile up instead of a bar to fill, so, i don't know, not going to say it, but you know.Finally elemental shaman state! The Elemental community is really lucky to have you.Unfortunatly the spec atm feels clumsy and very slow. You can also use it to keep track of your completed quests, recipes, mounts, companion pets, and titles!

NEW Echoing Shock Blasts a target for significant damage. Liquid magma totem -did any one actually used that the last two years +?I can go on with this criticism a lot more.... My actual feeling is: Blizzard dont have a clear idea what to do with us... they wanna us we look more like the "zappy boy" and to compensate the fact that we do less dps, they give us extra healing utility ( chain heal why?). As it is, it feels like which of the LB/ES or the FS/LvB pillars of the ST rotation is stronger will just have us focus into that, while CL/EQ just exists as their own thing now for AoE. Hopefully they're listening to the overwhelmingly bad feedback Shamans are giving them.I don't have access to alpha / beta but reading and trying to better understand all the changes made to Ele shaman I'm not very convinced.One of the top shaman players in the world says he thinks Elemental is one of the worst specs in Shadowlands so far, in terms of how the gameplay feels.Unfortunately I think that the biggest changes on the Ele have already arrived, I doubt that there are other relevant changes along the course of the beta.

Lava Burst, which used to be the most satisfying part of the rotation, now feels hollow. Maelstrom was fine, just needed a couple tweaks. The fun of BFA Ele has been squeezed out and now the rotation feels disjointed.

Ugh didnt realize they nerfed Flameshock duration and tickrate :( dunno why.It feels weird for a spec to be so separated in their core rotation.

Even though there are talents and legendaries that try to get us to switch between the different aspects of the rotation, it's now even less desirable to do so. Note that some of these changes may not be reflected in the current build.
