I tried a build like this back when Bloodborne launched, having the Chikage in mind but I slowly lost motivation to keep building it due to the fact that the shinny part of high Bloodtinge is only seen in the transformed state.
Right now I'm thinking about going 40/40 to get a good amount of damage benefit from the Bowblade and Reiterpallasch skill scalling in regards of physical dmg, and why not the Chikage untransformed state too, even if the scalling is lower.

Evelyn hits hard, offering more than decent chip damage for poke or finishing off opponents.

B scaling in skill vs S scaling in blt? my first build was a chikage build, i've had so many duels on this build i can't even estimate the number. the reason is because the blade form has really good skill scaling and high base damage and a good moveset. so if i went with a lost bowblade, i wouldn't have a strong physical weapon without switching out in the middle of a fight. Very rarely do I use the sword form, as I have the Saif and/or Rakuyo as my other slot. Cheats. however on my chikage build, i didn't go with a lost bowblade, even though the bow would do much more damage with a 31.5% bloodtinge gem.
