Der erste Teil der Comicverfilmung zu Millers „The Dark Knight Returns“ hat mich ohne Abstriche begeistert und verkörpert meiner Meinung nach von allen Batman-Verfilmungen (inklusive der Nolan-Trilogie) den Geist und den Kampf von Bruce Wayne und Batman am Treffendsten. YES PLEASE!!!
Miller’s comic was the main inspiration for Christopher Nolan’s interpretation of the caped crusader so it is only fair Warner Brothers adapt his iconic take on the character. The Dark Knight Returns Part 1 was incredible and way better than I expected.The best part is that it has a great serious tone but is able to juggle a lot of great comedic moments in it also, and it does so much better than a lot of the MCU and other DC properties.
